Rapiro servos not calibrating

Help! I have this issue with Rapiro and wonder if anyone else has, or has any suggestions...There seem to be some issues with the servo’s.

The calibration continued for over an hour in the first instance with no actual finalisation. Individually they calibrate within seconds but connected together they don’t seem to be functioning correctly.

We have tried to programme him and we get response with eye colour change as per the programme details, but he doesn’t move.

Do you think there is a possibility that the power supply is not enough?

Batteries must be fully charged.
