PC does not recognize the Rapiro.

After installing Arduino IDE and FTDI driver, I connected Rapiro to PC (Windows 10 Home, 1809).
However, PC does not show COM port, and shows "Unrecognized device in the USB port".
Could you tell me why the PC cannot recognize Rapiro by COM port?
I have 2 Rapiro main boards. PC does not recognize both boards.

Did you make sure that your USB cable between Rapiro and PC, that should have data line? I have had two USB cables have only power line.

日本人の方からのご回答、ありがとうございました。
記事で指摘されているようにUSBケーブルの問題でした。電源およびデータを両方使えるケーブルを接続したつもりでしたが、実は片方のみが有効のものでした。新しく購入したケーブルで接続できました。助かりました。
